Job Title: IT Manager Italy

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT function in Italy and Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing stable, secure, and high-performance IT services to our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation, maintenance, and development of Information Systems and supporting ICT infrastructure for all Watts Water Technologies companies globally.
  • Perform professional level business systems analysis and project management activities, including planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining Watts business applications and computer systems.
  • Partner with the business to develop agile and innovative solutions to increase business performance and value.
  • Manage the ERP upgrade projects and ensure the continuous improvement of IT Business processes adapted to the needs of the departments.
  • Support and further development of the ERP system, as well as provide functional support of local IT systems and integrations.
  • Closely work with business process owners, ERP supplier, global IT team, and Internal/External Auditors to maintain a robust ITGC Environment.
  • Manage IT staff assigned in Watts Industries Italia.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in IT or comparable.
  • Fluent English and Italian verbal and written skills.
  • Proven working experience as an ERP/IT LEADER (min. 5 years of managerial experience) or relevant experience.
  • Experience with IBMi (as/400), SQL, and DB2.
  • Proven experience with ERP systems (ERP "SmeUp" is a plus).
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and of computer hardware/software systems.
  • Experience in SOX Processes.
  • Knowledge of service and support of infrastructure and ERP systems in an industrial company with several sites.
  • Hands-on attitude.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong ownership attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sensitive to the importance of stakeholders requirements.
  • Ability to manage suppliers and partners.
