Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement omni-channel CRM strategies that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer care teams to ensure consistency and a seamless customer experience
  • Establish key performance indicators, analyze data, and provide regular reports on CRM performance and impact on the bottom line
  • Manage CRM implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget management, and quality of deliverables
  • Integrate CRM with other company systems, ensuring seamless data flow and customer insights
  • Train and support CRM system users, ensuring data governance and quality
  • Coordinate with external providers to execute projects and services necessary for CRM system operation
  • Organize workshops to identify client requirements and perform functional analysis
  • Interface with clients to provide support and assessments on current and future projects
  • Ensure timely and within-budget project execution, with a focus on quality and client satisfaction
Requirements
  • University degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 6 years of experience with CRM Salesforce
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with ability to manage project stakeholders
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Organizational and teamwork skills, with ability to manage priorities, budgets, and staffing requirements
  • Salesforce certifications
  • Excellent knowledge of English, with study or work experience abroad
  • Availability to travel domestically and internationally
