About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Creative Lead to join our team at DAZN. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for producing engaging and effective on-brand visual communications for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, with experience in creating digital products, platforms, web & mobile experiences, and mobile applications. You will be responsible for leading the creation and delivery of strong and dynamic content from conception through to final production, involving research, brainstorming, and creating concepts in collaboration with the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visual brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Lead the production of high-quality design work for all marketing activities, including digital products, platforms, web & mobile experiences, and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with the local market team and various team members in Gaming, Marketing, Product, Account Relationship Management, and third parties to develop concepts and ideas that deliver high-quality customer experiences on brand product websites and in marketing communications.
  • Ensure all design work is consistent with the creative direction and brand guidelines defined by the DAZN Bet MD & DAZN.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with team members in other locations and stakeholders to establish effective communication levels required to provide effective design advice and guidance to clients.
  • Consult and advise on all projects across the business where design input is required, liaising with third parties when necessary to ensure all materials are executed to high quality and on brand.
  • Work with the Brand team to create and regularly update Brand Guidelines; ensure all activity delivered is consistent with the Brand guidelines, keeping stakeholders up to date.
Requirements
  • Significant experience working in a design studio or creative agency.
  • Education in web design, graphic design, or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in the creation of digital products, platforms, web & mobile experiences, and mobile applications.
  • Mastery of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, able to produce production-ready assets for developers.
  • Knowledge of Flash animation, video editing, and motion graphics (After Effects).
  • Good understanding of User Experience, User-Centered Design, and Responsive Web Design on mobile platforms such as iOS and Android.
  • Ability to create simple, effective, engaging web graphics.
  • Knowledge of printing processes and preparing artwork for printing is beneficial.
  • Skills in 3D design tools such as 3DS Max or 4D Cinema are advantageous.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Strong understanding of Brand guidelines and design principles for offline and online media.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentational).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and third-party service providers.
  • Previous track record of creating innovative digital experiences that yield an impressive ROI.
