Role Overview

The Payroll Country Owner (PCO) plays a critical role in defining the local payroll country set-up of Alight Pay and ensuring its ongoing maintenance and health. As a key point of contact for sales, they must possess a deep understanding of the country's regulatory environment and be able to monitor it effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the payroll solution for the country.
  • Being the key point of contact for sales on the specifics of the country solution.
  • Maintaining documentation for country standard payroll processing.
  • Working with the project management team in activation of new customers to the tool.
  • Reviewing account status and participating in service review meetings with the client.
  • SUPPORTING country payroll teams in running payroll and providing tier 1 support and triage for all technical questions and problems.
  • Managing and maintaining clear and informative communications to internal teams and the client to support the efficient processing of payrolls and systems.
  • Upskilling and developing team members through training delivery and coaching to enable them to fulfill their role.
