We're seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our R&D Project Management Team on a 1-year temporary contract. The successful candidate will collaborate in overseeing our R&D projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet specifications.

Job Description:

As a Junior Project Manager, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure R&D projects meet timelines, specifications, and costs in line with corporate strategy and market trends. You will also be responsible for reviewing and promoting adherence to project timelines and costs, collaborating with Product Management and R&D to manage the Project Roadmap, and analyzing and processing competitor data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or similar.
  • Strong technical skills in managing all project lifecycle stages in manufacturing and innovation-oriented contexts.
  • Data-driven attitude and attention to details.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Power Point, and Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Team worker and collaboration facilitator.
  • Result-oriented.
  • Customer orientation and business mind approach.
