We are seeking a highly skilled Spare Parts and Pricing Specialist to join our team in Settimo Milanese, Italy.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the global aftermarket organization with technical and organizational solutions in supply chain and sales pricing, focusing on coating products.
- Execute sales pricing on a daily basis, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Prepare and manage service tickets to the sales price software provider, including testing and release of new versions and functionalities.
- Collaborate with local technical and service teams to ensure a smooth aftersales process.
- Support the supply chain team as a connector for technical requests and specific vendors in Italy.
Your Background
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technical School, or apprenticeship with several years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the optical industry.
- High degree of customer orientation, with experience in aftersales processes.
- Quick-minded, critical thinker, and reliable individual.
- Good experience in all MS Office tools and SAP.
- Team player with sound judgment and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
