Job Title: Internal Auditor

We are seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join our team at De'Longhi Group. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of the Group Internal Audit annual plan and manage its implementation.
  • Collaborate with other members of the internal audit team to determine audit objectives, scope, and methodology.
  • Conduct interviews, review documents, and perform other testing procedures to gather audit evidence.
  • Analyze audit evidence to identify control weaknesses, and provide recommendations to improve the effectiveness of internal controls.
  • Prepare audit reports detailing findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
  • Support in the monitoring of the effectiveness and correct implementation of the Internal Control System over Financial Reporting at Group level (Compliance 262).
  • Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure their effectiveness.
  • Support ad-hoc audit activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in Internal Auditor and/or as External Audit in one of the Big 4 audit firms.
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal control frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is a must.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Knowledge of the ERP SAP is a plus.
