Job Description

We are seeking a Key Account with a focus on East European and CIS countries to join our dynamic Tourism Marketing EMEAI Team in Sanremo. As a Key Account, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with luxury hospitality stakeholders, including hotels, tour operators, and travel agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Tourism Marketing Manager and Coordinator in defining short and medium-term strategies to develop incoming flows of qualitative visitors to our malls.
  • Organize sales calls, B2B trips/meetings, and B2B/B2C events to enhance collaboration with relevant partners and develop new relationships.
  • Attend tourist exhibitions and workshops to promote The Mall Luxury Outlets brand and follow up on leads.
  • Identify suitable stakeholders of luxury hospitality to develop new collaborations and roll out effective plans to best exploit target markets.
  • Analyze market and tourist flow trends to better address and update business development.
  • Take care of reservations, organize, and welcome familiarization trips.
  • Collect and address needs and requests of hotels, tour operators, and customers, ensuring a unique luxury shopping experience at our malls.
  • Prepare periodic reports and analysis on achieved results and market trends.
  • Creation and development of travel packages and experiences to promote travel destinations of our Mall.
  • Organize business-to-client experiential events focusing on promoting The Mall Luxury Outlets offer and surrounding touristic destinations.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Russian language, fluent speaker in English and Italian.
  • Previous working experience in the luxury tourism industry as an incoming tour operator, front office agent, sales agent, reservation agent, or similar positions.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and customized communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Empathic person, able to easily build up interpersonal relationships.
  • Passionate and enthusiastic person, with never-ending energy and positive attitude.
  • Expert in using MS Office Suite and social media.
  • Available to travel frequently.
  • Proven organizational skills and project management attitude.
