Job Description

TXT GROUP is looking for a resource to be included in the Digital Marketing Strategic internship.

The candidate is interested in launching and promoting digital products and will acquire skills in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that will improve product visibility, customer engagement, and sales.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support product launch and lifecycle management;
  • Collaborate with product teams to understand key features and market differentiators;
  • Analysis and insights to refine marketing strategies and optimise campaign performance;
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market;
  • Assist in the preparation of multi-channel marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content;
  • Collaboration with foreign companies.

Required Skills:

  • Experience or keen interest in digital marketing with a focus on product marketing;
  • Ability to create targeted campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, paid advertising, and SEO;
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach;
  • Knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEM platforms, CRM (HubSpot), and social media management tools;
  • Knowledge of the English language (at least C1 level).

Nice to have:

Good knowledge of the German language.

Education:

Degree in Economics or Marketing & Communication.

Curiosity and a strong interest in the marketing sector complete the profile.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required.
