En tant qu'analyste de crédit, vous serez chargé de fournir un soutien au responsable de la gestion du portefeuille italien et plus spécifiquement :

  • évaluer les risques de crédit des clients potentiels et existants italiens en analysant qualitativement et quantitativement les données financières (rapports annuels, états financiers, plans d'affaires, recherches de crédit/équité, etc.) pour élaborer des demandes de crédit et proposer/reviser les évaluations internes ;
  • préparer des analyses de crédit indépendantes et écrites pour soutenir les équipes de crédit et d'origination ;
  • gérer la ligne de crédit du portefeuille des entreprises, tant pour les financements en espèces que pour les produits bancaires d'autres banques en effectuant des révisions annuelles, la gestion des clauses, les waivers ou les amendements, les watchlists (à temps) ;
  • aider à l'évaluation des opinions de portefeuille sur les nouveaux financements en espèces proposés dans la trajectoire ESG, avec un fort accent sur la stratégie de greenification du portefeuille de la banque, la gestion des ressources rares dans le cadre de Basel 4 et l'évaluation des indicateurs de portefeuille ;
  • surveiller les risques de crédit avec une approche d'anticipation/optimisation via une gestion proactive du portefeuille (distribution via des ventes secondaires et d'autres solutions alternatives de recyclage de crédit) ;
  • présenter des rapports périodiques sur le portefeuille italien mondial avec une vision centralisée sur tous les actifs répartis par lignes d'affaires, avec une analyse complète sur les indicateurs clés à la fois actuels et à long terme ;
  • aider l'équipe de gestion du portefeuille immobilier français basée à Paris sur les dossiers immobiliers italiens.

Compétences requises

Bac + 3 ou Master en domaine pertinent (finance, économie, etc.)

Compétences en applications informatiques (MS Office, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, FactSet, etc.)

Fluence en anglais et bonne connaissance de l'italien, à la fois écrite et orale

Compétences interpersonnelles et de communication solides

Attitude proactive et inclination naturelle vers une équipe transfrontalière/transfonctionnelle dans un environnement collaboratif
