Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MERCHANDISE PLANNER to join our team. As a Merchandise Planner, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and achieving financial objectives through strategic planning and forecasting.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with product merchandisers to analyze product and collection performance, providing input on collection evolution and in-season actions to drive better sales.
  • Coordinate with the Product Merchandiser the EOS Process, ensuring efficient movement of stock between stores and constant optimization of sell-through.
  • Analyze sold products and stock levels in all stores, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders to ensure sales, gross margin, and key investment goals are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with South European stakeholders, providing weekly checking and reporting.
  • Provide market reports, feedback to the product team on SKU performance, and input on current store grading to optimize cross-docks to stores.
  • Ensure allocation is optimized, coordinating returns by the end of season to the South warehouse and stock movements to the outlet.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Media Management or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to implement the latest technologies and innovations within marketing.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience from the fashion industry is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of 1 year of working experience within a Merchandising role (preferably in an international retail organization).
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
