L'Esperto di Design Strategico in NTT DATA promuove iniziative e coordina programmi di trasformazione digitale con un particolare focus su design strategico ed esperienza utente, attivando una o più aree di competenza digitale da una prospettiva multidisciplinare. Mantiene frequenti interazioni con clienti e i team di progetto per raccogliere esigenze, presentare opportunità e sostenere la definizione/revisione delle attività e dei progetti. Funge da focal point per la Value Proposition verso i clienti esterni ed interni, nella gestione dei progetti e delle opportunità.

Profilo

  • Esperienza da 3 a 5 anni - preferibile esperienza in uno studio di design di servizi
  • Ottima capacità di espressione verbale e scritta in italiano e in inglese
  • Mentalità orientata ai processi e al miglioramento continuo
  • Forte background interfunzionale
  • Capacità di gestione del cambiamento
  • Pensiero critico e attitudine al problem solving
  • Capacità decisionale e di stabilire le priorità

Responsabilità

  • Sviluppa nuove opportunità di business per gli ambiti di design in accordo con gli Engager Director e il management team.
  • Gestisce e promuove programmi di innovazione di prodotti e servizi end to end, assumendosi la responsabilità delle aspettative del cliente, della consegna, della qualità del modello operativo e dei costi del progetto.
  • Si occupa di tutti gli aspetti del ciclo di vita del progetto, compresa la diagnosi delle esigenze del cliente, la gestione dei team di progetto, la definizione degli obiettivi e dei rischi
  • Supervisiona le relazioni a lungo termine con i clienti, guidandoli nella realizzazione di prodotti eccellenti e nella trasformazione del loro business.
