As an Internal Auditor, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including IT General Controls, risk management, and compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform tests of IT General Controls to verify their adequacy and effectiveness, identifying any weaknesses or areas for improvement;
  • Verify that the activities carried out by personnel comply with internal policies and procedures;
  • Provide suggestions aimed at improving controls, organizational processes, and risk management;
  • Prepare audit reports in accordance with internal audit policies and procedures and relevant audit standards;
  • Perform follow-up procedures to ensure appropriate audit evidence is obtained, validated, and used for testing controls in a timely manner;
  • Participate in cyber security, business continuity, and GDPR projects;
  • Manage relations with external auditors, including customers, suppliers, and authorities;
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and auditors;
  • Support the process of drafting and updating policies, procedures, and company operating instructions.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Economics, Computer Science, or an equivalent degree with honours;
  • At least 4 years of experience in the Internal Auditing field;
  • Good knowledge of IT security issues and GDPR;
  • Strong motivation and passion for Internal Audit and Compliance;
  • Knowledge of information security standards and GDPR regulations;
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian language;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Preferred qualifications: Postgraduate Master in Internal Audit, Compliance, and Information Security, or professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, Lead auditor ISO 27001, and ISO 9001.
