As a Data Analyst on our Product Team, you'll play a crucial role in driving business decisions and product development through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Business Impact: Conduct in-depth analysis of product usage and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze Performance: Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize product features and user experience.
  • Generate Actionable Insights: Distill complex data into actionable recommendations to inform product decisions and future developments.
  • Design and Optimize Experiments: Develop and manage A/B tests to optimize and guide product enhancements.
  • Create and Maintain Dashboards: Design and implement data visualization tools to track key metrics and inform stakeholders.
  • Manage Analytic Solutions: Modernize, standardize, troubleshoot, and maintain existing analytic solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Continuously evolve the organization by adopting best-in-class technologies and techniques.
  • Enhance Data-Driven Culture: Support decision-making and promote a data-driven culture through ad-hoc analyses and insights.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: 3+ years of working experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics, with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in Programming: Advanced knowledge of SQL and query optimization, as well as extensive knowledge of Python or R.
  • Detail-Oriented and Communicative: Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to build trust with stakeholders.
  • Passion for Fintech: Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, innovative fintech environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Italian and English.
