Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and scheduling activities of projects or construction sites under the supervision of a Project Control Coordinator or Manager. Your primary goal is to ensure compliance with quality requirements, project execution plans, work breakdown structures, and schedules.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing project control documents such as milestones plans, project summary schedules, 90-day schedules, work breakdown structures, project detailed schedules, baseline schedules, progress curves, and reporting on Primavera.
  • Setting up progress calculation standard tools for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction activities.
  • Preparing and reviewing all planning reports, outputs, and presentations.
  • Performing periodical schedule control by assessing physical progress and forecasting predicted completion, highlighting any deviations from approved baselines.
  • Supporting the Project Team in performing Risk Analysis using company software to determine schedule reliability.
  • Interacting with relevant company departments, clients, and vendors for planning-related topics.
  • Training and supporting junior engineers in initializing project control tools according to procedures.
  • Managing planning activities independently for small size EPC projects and following planning activities at construction sites if required.

Additionally, you must demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills, including editing, oversight, or preparation of technical reports and presenting information to top management and various committees.
