About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Planning Manager to join our team in Bologna, Rome, Bari, or Florence. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects to ensure timely delivery and within budget.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, plans, and timelines.
  • Interface with customers and joint venture partners to ensure schedule coherence and alignment.
  • Build realistic scenarios for project execution and identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, make adjustments as needed, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and deadlines.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project planning processes and procedures.
