Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning and Execution: Oversee all aspects of banquet events, including logistics, setup, and execution, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality service.
• Staff Supervision and Training: Lead and train a dedicated team of banquet staff, fostering a culture of excellence and encouraging them to deliver exceptional service.
• Client Communication and Satisfaction: Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, guaranteeing personalized experiences that meet and exceed expectations.
• Logistical Coordination: Manage room setup, audio-visual requirements, catering, and other logistical details, ensuring alignment with event plans and exceeding client expectations.
• Crisis Management: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during events, maintaining a positive atmosphere for clients and guests.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist in budgeting for banquet events, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-effective solutions while maintaining service quality.
• Quality Control and Evaluation: Implement quality control measures to uphold high standards of service and conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in banqueting leadership roles within the hospitality industry, showcasing commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences and efficient event planning and execution.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
