About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support our sales team in North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including managing customer databases, tracking shipping activities, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties to support sales operations, including sales quotes, order confirmations, and invoicing.
  • Support service and spare parts activities, such as quoting spare parts and organizing shipping.
  • Gather and manage company data, including customer information and sales figures.
  • Monitor and manage accounting activities, including invoices and payments with clients and suppliers.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as printing, sending emails, and ordering supplies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience working with CRM software.

Salary Estimate

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000, based on industry standards and location.
