Job Summary

As a Culinary Specialist at Belle's Beach House, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of all food menu items. You will interact with fellow employees and supervisors in a polite and courteous manner to provide gracious hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company standards.
  2. Anticipate and accommodate the needs of guests.
  3. Handle allergy and dietary restrictions and modifications.
  4. Accurately follow orders from the POS system and expeditor.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned station and kitchen.
  6. Follow supervisor's instructions and communicate with co-workers.
  7. Possess in-depth knowledge of assigned recipes and execute them to company standard.
  8. Comply with Department of Health and company sanitation standards.
  9. Communicate product needs to chefs and support staff.
  10. Check cover counts, BEOs, and Fire Sheets.
  11. Perform opening and closing procedures as directed by management.
  12. Report breakage, damage, or equipment issues to management.
  13. Attend daily pre-service meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:

  1. Company in-venue Line Cook training and Food Handling Certificate.
  2. Previous culinary experience preferred.
  3. Ability to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods.
  4. Must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of varying shifts.
