Cultivate a high-performing supply chain that drives business growth and customer satisfaction as a Supply Chain Operations Manager at Colt Technology Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, plan, execute, control, and oversee supply chain activities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Lead and manage the Supply Chain and Logistics teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management models with logistics partners to optimize storage and transport.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain and/or field service operations.
  • Ability to manage a team across multiple countries and communicate effectively in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Experience with supply chain optimization, material requirements planning (MRP), and master production schedules (MPS) is a plus.
