Job Title: Site Supervisor

Hitachi Rail is seeking a highly motivated and organized Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful realization of signaling and/or telecommunications systems for assigned projects.

Accountabilities
  • Ensure the quality of works, including compliance with project design and specifications.
  • Liaise with customers, authorities, contractors, and subcontractors for site and/or materials takeover and/or handover.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE Management plan rules on site.
  • Support the optimization of subcontractor resources.
Required Skills and Knowledge
  • 5-8 years of experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of local rules and standards.
  • Planning and organization skills.
  • HSE knowledge.
  • Knowledge of technological systems (SIG+TLC).
