Job Title: VIC Specialist - Luxury Retail Expert

At Acttif, we seek a skilled VIC Specialist to drive growth and success in our dynamic CRM team. As a VIC Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring, developing, and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, fostering brand loyalty, and driving significant revenue growth within the VIC segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to identify and acquire new high-end clients for the VIC program.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing VIC clients, fostering loyalty and increasing their engagement with the brand.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including marketing, commercial, and PR, to develop targeted initiatives and events to attract and engage VIC clients.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for the VIC segment, contributing significantly to the company's overall revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in luxury retail, within a VIC or similar program.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building successful client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury fashion market and the needs of high-net-worth clientele.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
