About the role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in procurement operations, including target operating model design, organizational design, and process design.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement operations strategies.
  • Design and implement target operating models, organizational designs, and process designs.
  • Implement eProcurement systems (Ariba, Ivalua, Coupa, Tradeshift etc.) and ERPs (SAP, Oracle).
  • Develop and implement Intelligent Automation solutions and Robotics Process Automation capabilities.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project results.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in procurement operations.
  • Strong knowledge of target operating model design, organizational design, and process design.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
