Automation Strategy Manager

At AbbVie, we are seeking a highly skilled Engineering & Automation Strategy Manager to join our team at our Campoverde site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects and design interfaces between IT systems and OT systems.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure networks, hardware, and software for automation systems.
- Support the integration of PCS with OT Core Systems.
- Be the point of reference for automation projects in the plant and connect with international structures.
- Ensure the development, operation, and maintenance of information and automation systems.
- Coordinate and support multi-functional teams in the study, design, implementation, and functional verification of automation systems.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Management and Automation Engineering or related.
- Experience in SCADA systems, IT architectures, and project management.
- Knowledge of GMP documentation, RAS, URS, SFS, NDS, HDS, and quality validation directives.
- Ability to manage and coordinate distributed control systems and PLC-SCADA related to production equipment.
