Rispondi al supervisore di produzione, Production Supervisor, e svolgi operazioni nell'ambito produttivo, volte alla preparazione di specialità farmaceutiche (semilavorati e prodotti finiti SOLIDI ORALI) garantendone la qualità, efficacia e sicurezza richieste dalle Norme di Buona Fabbricazione.

Compiti e responsabilità
  • Svolgi il tuo lavoro nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali e in accordo con quanto previsto dal sistema di gestione della salute e sicurezza sul lavoro e delle Norme di Buona Fabbricazione
  • Mantieni pulito e ordinato il posto di lavoro, svolgendo le attività di pulizia di macchine/impianti/locali di produzione in accordo alle procedure
  • Avrai cura di materiali, attrezzi ed impianti sui quali lavorerai, garantendone sempre la piena funzionalità operativa in termini di uso, pulizia e manutenzione
  • Eseguirai, anche in collaborazione con altri, tutte le attività previste nei processi produttivi in cui sarai coinvolto (impostazioni parametri macchina, compilazione della documentazione, GMP, utilizzo del sistema di gestione aziendale, ecc)
  • Collaborerai con i Production Supervisor, Production Specialist e Team Leader al monitoraggio delle prestazioni del reparto/linea/progetto partecipando attivamente alla registrazione e raccolta dati per il miglioramento continuo
  • Comunicherai con tempestività ai tuoi superiori eventuali anomalie riscontrate su macchine, attrezzature, materiali e parteciperai attivamente all'indagine e risoluzione delle anomalie individuandone le cause, suggerendo le contromisure più adeguate e tenendo informati i responsabili
  • Parteciperai all'eventuale addestramento di colleghi in ambiti specifici e fornirai feed-back al diretto superiore
  • Collaborerai con Production Supervisor e Specialist GMP Compliance alla stesura e/o alla revisione dei documenti di lavoro (procedure, Batch Record, liste, moduli, ecc.) e parteciperai attivamente alla valutazione critica dei dati generati durante le operazioni di produzione effettuate nel processo produttivo in cui opererai
  • Applicherai i principi dell'Operational Excellence per mantenere un alto livello di efficienza nel ruolo e parteciperai ai progetti di miglioramento continuo
  • Applicherai gli strumenti di miglioramento continuo e di Problem Solving disponibili in Adare
Requisiti

Diploma quinquennale ad indirizzo tecnico-scientifico, preferibilmente chimico. È richiesta preferibilmente un'esperienza di 4-5 anni nella produzione di farmaci solidi orali in particolare nell'utilizzo di Comprimitrici e bassine.

Capacità di comunicazione interpersonale, scritta e orale. Padronanza di Microsoft Office, incluse competenze avanzate in Excel (es: filtri, tabelle Pivot, cerca verticale, formattazione condizionale, funzioni-se, formule).

Capacità di contribuire all'interno di un team inter-funzionale e di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e veloce.

Capacità di prendere l'iniziativa per completare gli incarichi e le responsabilità di lavoro con una supervisione minima.

Capacità di dare priorità alle differenti attività.

Grande attenzione per i dettagli e capacità organizzative e di problem solving.
