About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Developer to join our Energy Efficiency team at STX Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships to accelerate the transition to a sustainable world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Strategy Development: Participate in the efficient development and deployment of our commercial strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Identify, establish, and maintain effective customer relationships with new clients, heavy energy consumers, and industrial plants to offer energy and sustainability solutions.
  • Energy Efficiency Solutions: Offer tailored energy and sustainability solutions and services to business customers, including technical analysis and evaluation of applicability of Titoli di Efficienza Energetica (TEE) to projects.
  • Partnership Development: Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with contractors developing energy efficiency projects to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from scratch to deposit, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout and after the sales process.
  • Regulatory and Economic Monitoring: Monitor regulatory and economic developments to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • White Certificate Generation: Monitor private or public initiatives that can contribute to the generation of White Certificates to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Communication and Promotion: Promote the company's offer and services via various communication media to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the energy or industrial sectors with a focus on energy efficiency.
  • Education: Graduate of a top-level engineering or business school.
  • Technical Skills: Highly comfortable with technical and complex solutions, including industrial utilities, specific projects, monitoring, and so on.
  • Language Skills: Fluent Italian and good command of English (at least B2 level).
  • Soft Skills: Strong presentation, communication, and sales skills, self-discipline, and high motivation.
  • Location: Living or willing to relocate to Milano, Italy, with travel in Italy expected.
