Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our Installation Sales team in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales of our Building Management Systems (BMS) solutions to industrial clients.
About the Role:- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our market share in Italy.
- You will work closely with our technical team to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Italian market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Collaborate with the technical team to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
