Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our Installation Sales team in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales of our Building Management Systems (BMS) solutions to industrial clients.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our market share in Italy.
  • You will work closely with our technical team to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Italian market.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  4. Collaborate with the technical team to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
