Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team in the Amazon logistics business, focusing on commercial activity for Enterprise companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delve into New Opportunities: Identify strong prospects and close successful deals with them.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our potential future strategic customers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams including Product Management and Technical.
  • Measure Performance: Analyze current purchasing processes and evaluate opportunities for solutions to improve end-user experiences, reduce costs, and accelerate organizational performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Essential.
  • Business Development Experience: Extensive experience in business development, sales, and account management, ideally in the B2C express parcel delivery industry.
  • Enterprise-Level Relationships: Demonstrated ability to manage commercial relationships with Enterprise-level companies.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Ownership: Bias for action and ability to prioritize goals.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to Dive Deep and deal with large sets of data.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to advise senior leadership effectively.
Benefits:
  • Competitive Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, based on experience.
  • Modest Travel Requirements: Maximum 25% travel time.
