Industrialization Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Industrialization Specialist to join our team at Alstom, located in Vado Ligure. This role will be the industrialization reference point for Regional & Loco Maintenance Operations Projects in central Italy.

This position requires a strong background in Industrial Engineering or equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within structured and productive contexts operating in the industrial sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating maintenance strategies and plans into organized work methods, ensuring worker safety and process control, maximizing performance, and improving lead times. They will also analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement and define KPIs to monitor performance.

• Analyze requirements described in the maintenance plan
• Draft and validate process documentation (Standard Operation Sheet)
• Identify necessary tools and materials, from technical specifications to field validation
• Organize the layout (facilities, workstations, flow of materials/people, number of operators, civil works)
• Validate the optimal strategy to implement, maximizing production resource saturation
• Document management on SAP Railsys (task list, materials list, tools list)

We seek candidates with excellent problem-solving skills, knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Industry techniques, strong analytical skills, good relationship and teamwork skills, and knowledge of the English language.

The availability to travel within the national territory for at least 50% of the time is mandatory.
