Your Role:
As a Cyber Security Specialist, you will support the Chief Product Officer and the Chief Information Security Officer in delivering our innovative solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding current threats, vulnerabilities, and security protocols
  • Owning familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001)
  • Balancing security measures with user experience
  • Grasping network architecture, encryption methods, and security software
  • Communicating with developers and security engineers while translating threat intelligence into product features
  • Articulating security issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Supporting the company's Financial Services clients in advising and delivering best-in-class security solutions
  • Delivering presentations and plans with high quality standards and in a timely manner
  • Creating metrics, or using existing ones, and monitoring them to evaluate if the product direction is efficient
  • Driving consumer intelligence through the development of external and internal data sources that improve the business's understanding of the product's market, competitor activities, and consumer activities
  • Developing or adopting research tools, sources, and methods that further support and contribute to the business's product marketing management intelligence

Your Skills and Qualifications:
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Master of Science degree in Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science. You should have a passion for innovation and financial services, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of the Italian and English language. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, aptitude for teamwork, and strong customer orientation are also essential.
