About the Role
Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is a field data collection company that collects data where automation is not possible. We count features, take pictures, make videos, record speech, and scan areas for every detail you need to make more informed decisions. Our field data collection teams are spread across Europe and North America, ready to accept new challenges.
Project Overview
The goal of the project is to collect images of streets, main points of interest, and public areas in EU countries. The project involves driving cars equipped with 360 cameras that image the area around the vehicle and store those images on computers inside the vehicle. The data will be used to enhance one of the most popular online maps in the world. The data collectors will be given specific routes around public streets and areas, targeting commercial districts and historical sites.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license;
- Good driving skills and a clean driving record;
- Private monitored parking space for the corporate vehicle would be a plus;
- General car knowledge would be a plus;
- Enjoys driving within standard business hours;
- Available for a minimum of 3 months;
- Great communication and reporting skills;
- Tech-savvy (drivers will use Gmail, Google Forms, Google Meet, and WhatsApp);
- High level of responsibility;
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
