Thesis Topic: "Self-Short Circuit Detection and Protection"
In this role, you will collaborate with a team of specialists to develop your thesis and deepen your knowledge in the field. Your focus will be on creating a comprehensive solution within a gate driver architecture that can autonomously identify short circuit occurrences in an inverter leg.
During this experience, you will:
- Engage in the definition of architecture, design, and layout for a self-short circuit detection and protection solution.
- Contribute to the design of a fully integrated solution utilizing HVIC technology.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced engineers.
- Be part of a high-tech and international organization.
- Receive guidance and feedback from your mentor.
You should be a collaborative individual with strong communication skills, eager to expand your knowledge. A proactive and motivated attitude will enable you to work independently and take initiative.
You are well-suited for this role if you:
- Are pursuing a Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, specializing in Microelectronics or a related field.
- Possess some experience with microelectronics simulation tools.

- Are familiar with semiconductor physics.
- Are proficient in English.
