Job Description

Role Overview

The Technology Consultant will be part of the Technology Consulting team and will be responsible for contributing to the development and optimization of business processes for our clients, taking into account data, customer insights, operations, workforce, and stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analysis of technical-functional requirements
  • Document preparation and project management
  • Proposal of technological solutions and provision of innovation insights
  • Support for the growth of clients and simplification of their requirements for the development team

Requirements

  • Specialized degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in one of the following fields: Digital Consulting or System Integration
  • Experience/knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
  • Experience in dynamic contexts with knowledge of B2C and B2B portals and apps
  • Experience in team management in the ICT sector and in the development of digital projects
  • Knowledge of software life cycle management processes
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluent knowledge of the English language
  • Excellent ability to organize work
  • Ability to grow junior resources
  • Availability for travel in Italy and abroad

Plus

  • Any relevant certifications and post-graduate master's degrees
  • Familiarity with design tools for flowcharts, flows, UML, and ER Data Model
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Knowledge of software architecture basics
