Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Smart Skills Center Agenzia per il Lavoro Srl is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team in Pesaro.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage our payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws. The successful candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll transactions, including salary payments, bonuses, and deductions;
  • Manage employee data, including personal and professional information;
  • Prepare and submit reports to relevant authorities, such as INPS and INAIL;
  • Develop and maintain payroll procedures and policies;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management;
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations;
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Ragioneria or Laurea in Consulenza del Lavoro;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll administration;
  • Excellent knowledge of payroll software and systems;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and management;
  • Fluency in Italian.
