We are seeking a talented Commissioning and Service Engineer to join our team in Bologna, Italy. As a key member of our Smart Infrastructure BU, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fire safety and security systems.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Learn to program fire detection, access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems
- Develop expertise in supervision systems that control field equipment
- Collaborate with Project Managers to gather information for software development
- Provide exceptional support services using remote connections, web tools, phone, and site visits
- Perform assigned service and commissioning activities using innovative digital solutions and tools
- Offer operational assistance and application support
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing guidance for next steps
- Less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
- Technical diploma in Electronic, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or Automation
- Knowledge of IT topics related to networking, VPN, Firewall, Cybersecurity, Virtualization, and Remote Connection (a plus)
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Strong team player ability, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a changing environment
- Passion for continuous growth and learning
- Eligibility to work in Italy
