We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Industrialization Expert to lead our technology transfer projects, particularly for oral solid dosage forms. As a key member of the Industrialization Department, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and collaborating with relevant business units to ensure smooth technology transfer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement methods, procedures, and regulations necessary for the smooth flow of business.
  • Provide technical support and project management to add new sources of API, excipients, and packaging components.
  • Collaborate with Business Support Team and involved business units to provide information needed to prepare commercial proposals.
  • Work with Pharmaceutical Development (R&D) to scale-up and validate new products from lab to industrial scale.
  • Contribute to Life Cycle Management of existing commercial products, including recurrent manufacturing process validation activities and process improvement.

You will be accountable for ensuring that all technology transfer projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
