Key Responsibilities- Pricing and Underwriting: Develop and maintain pricing models, ensuring accurate and consistent application of underwriting policies and guidelines.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to inform pricing decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Reserving and Modelling, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Leadership and Development: Mentor and develop junior actuaries, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Business Planning: Contribute to the development of business plans and presentations, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Proven experience in actuarial pricing and underwriting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
