MBSE Senior System Engineer

Amaris Consulting is seeking a highly skilled MBSE Senior System Engineer to join our team in the Aerospace sector in Milan.

As a MBSE Senior System Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing space systems using a model-based approach;
  • Utilizing modeling tools such as UML and SysML to create system models;
  • Applying a model-based approach using System SML;
  • Analyzing and evaluating system performance using created models;
  • Identifying system requirements in collaboration with clients;
  • Translating system requirements into design specifications using requirement management tools like DOORS;
  • Collaborating with other engineers, such as aerospace, physics, and mathematics engineers, to ensure the system meets project specifications and client needs;
  • Creating simulation models to test system functionality.

We require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or Aerospace Engineering;
  • At least 3 years of experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering with SYSML;
  • Good knowledge and experience of SYS ML (IBM Rhapsody, Dassault Cameo, Enterprise Architect, etc.);
  • Requirement management integrating tools like DOORS with CAMEO;
  • Experience in Black-Box and White-Box analysis with the design tool CAMEO;
  • Ability to automatically generate SSS and SDD documents from SYS ML models using the design tool CAMEO;
  • Ability to analyze and adapt the MBSE process for defense projects.

NTH:

  • Previous experience in the aerospace or defense sector is a plus;
  • Tool: Rhapsody, Cameo;
  • Knowledge of radar systems, command and control systems, and weapon systems.
