About the Role
This is an office/hybrid role requiring 4 days a week in the office. Additionally, you will be the local point of contact and facilitator for the 3PL and the Global Supply Chain Team in case of issues at arrivals, as well as the main contact for the 3PL in case of issues with customs processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the Demand & Supply Planning Specialist to track inventory levels and share regular stock projections
- Treat breakages and stock discrepancies, maintaining SAP aligned with real inventory
- Recurrently check stock blocked due to damage to define what to sell and what to destroy, keeping an updated database together with the 3PL
- Perform stock reconciliations with the 3PL, clarifying differences and establishing root causes to improve efficiency and reduce future differences
- Manage destruction of expired and damaged goods, collaborating with the 3PL
- Participate in physical inventory counts and update stock in SAP post-inventory
- Visit the 3PL regularly to discuss and work on problems and continuous improvement

Co-packing and Service/KPIs
- Create a co-packing plan based on sales forecast and materials availability, collaborating with the Demand & Supply Planning Specialist and the 3PL
- Enter co-packing orders in SAP, monitor their receipts with the 3PL, and ensure the system is cleared once repacking is complete
- Collaborate closely with the 3PL for all subjects related to co-packing activity, including repacking cost negotiation
- Control stock levels of components necessary for co-packing activity and collaborate with Purchasing and Marketing teams for component replenishment needs
- Create and update Bill of Material (BoM) of standard references that require co-packing in SAP

Project Work
- Support local projects with logistic impact during conception, implementation, and execution, such as RTC changes, cost efficiencies, etc., and liaise with corp./reg. Supply Chain teams to timely obtain appropriate support and guidance

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, pension plan, and generous holiday allowance. If you have a strong background in logistics and are passionate about supply chain management, we encourage you to apply.
