About the Job
We are looking for a talented Project Director who can coordinate all project activities, ensure timely delivery, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a mid-high complex environment, preferably in a matrix organization.
The successful candidate will possess excellent social and leadership skills, with proven experience in leading team members. They will also have knowledge of Project Management Fundamentals and be familiar with Agile or modern Stage & Gate methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Lead the project team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Perform risk management, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular updates to the project steering committee and board management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a mid-high complex environment.
- Excellent social and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Project Management Fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Agile or modern Stage & Gate methodologies.
- Fluent in English language.
