Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Wabtec Corporation. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering all aspects of the Sales function, including bringing in new business and growing current accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage customer and stakeholder engagement to support business development and growth
- Support existing customer relationships and acquisition of new customers
- Manage the sales business in the region, formulating the sales strategy and business development plan
- Establish a smooth communication channel with clients, managing tenders, negotiations, and transactions
- Support the management in the formulation of the company's development strategy, market development, and sales
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Sales Manager experience, with a strong background in the rail industry
- Relevant university degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English
- Ability to travel to customer sites and other Wabtec divisions
