The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies across the Italian market, in line with our global marketing strategies and plans.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing annual marketing plans for the country, in line with brand goals and business targets
  • Liaising with the European marketing team to align on strategy, tactics, action plans, execution, and results
  • Partnering with retail and wholesale functions to define and execute effective marketing activities
  • Thinking creatively and proactively suggesting innovative ways to gain visibility and consumer engagement within the competitive set, in line with budgets and strategies
  • Collaborating with local communication, digital, PR, talent, and event teams to build an omnichannel journey to elevate brand visibility and drive qualitative traffic to stores
  • Driving CRM initiatives, collaborating with the global CRM team to deliver consumer acquisition and engagement on the territory
  • Managing allocated budgets within the limits set for respective divisions and projects
  • Tracking and reporting campaign and activation results, monitoring vs. defined goals
  • Providing or instructing the production of briefs for materials and activations, both for corporate and external agencies

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A consumer-centric, ROI, and data-driven approach combined with a creative mindset to connect and engage with our consumers in a relevant manner
  • Strong communication skills and project management, with the ability to build articulated omnichannel projects
  • A can-do and entrepreneurial mentality, willingness to raise the bar and keep on learning
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced, goal-oriented context
  • Strong interest in fashion and premium brands
  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably operating in retail-oriented companies
  • University or similar degree in marketing/economics or related fields
  • International, matrixed, and multi-layered environment background
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) and Italian
