Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant/Luxury Brand to join our team in Milan. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store, approaching customers with personalized advice, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee the operative functioning of the store
  • Approach customers and offer them advice on products to persuade them to buy
  • Ensure coordination and connection with external suppliers for constant store maintenance
  • Be an ambassador of the brand
  • E nsure customers' needs and resolve all customer issues
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor
  • E nsure a good work environment
  • Achieve sales goals
  • Able to work with multiple customers simultaneously
  • Assist all sales team members
  • Control of checkout and bank transfers
  • Stock activities
  • E nsure the correct management of the merchandise

Requirements:

  • At least 5-6 years of experience in retail luxury RTW
  • Fluent Italian and English is required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professionalism and outgoing personality with positive, smart, and proactive attitude
  • Good IT skills
  • C ustomer-oriented
  • Multi-tasking abilities
