Publicis Groupe is seeking a skilled Biddable Specialist to join its Turin offices.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual to create and manage social, search, and YouTube campaigns on major digital platforms such as Ads Manager or Google Ads. The successful candidate will support the implementation of strategies and rationales, collect and analyze data from EE countries, and collaborate with the coordination and strategic teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage digital media plans in relation to client budgets and objectives/KPIs
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, developing reports and insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams, colleagues from foreign countries, and external partners/suppliers
  • Manage monthly reports and coordinate market access and platform issues

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in managing search, social, and YouTube campaigns
  • Ability to work with internal teams, colleagues from foreign countries, and external partners/suppliers
  • Campaign monitoring and results analysis and reporting development skills
  • Ability in KPI analysis and Excel knowledge
  • Knowledge of main KPIs and methods of remuneration of performance marketing activities
  • Knowledge of main paid advertising platforms: Google ADS and Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Bing
  • Solid skills in client relationship management
  • Knowledge of other biddable self-service platforms (for example Spotify, TikTok Ads Manager), experiences in the programmatic field or in the management of reservation campaigns through concessionaires and/or publishers are preferential requirements
