Customer Success Role Overview

NielsenIQ is a leading consumer intelligence company, delivering comprehensive insights into consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth. We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Leader to drive the success of our Brand Health and Brand Tracking practice area in Western Europe.

This strategic leadership role requires someone with expertise in analytics consultancy and market research leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand and media solutions, excellent sales acumen, and the ability to lead high-performing teams. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to design and execute customer success strategies that deliver business results. Some key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with regional customer success leads to develop practice area organizations and manage profit-and-loss statements
• Supporting hub strategy development for market and product lines
• Coordinating cross-training programs to maximize solution and delivery excellence
• Setting and measuring delivery standards to drive client satisfaction

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need a proven track record in analytics consultancy or market research leadership roles. Expertise in application of brand and media solutions is preferred. A bachelor's degree is required, while a master's degree or equivalent experience is highly valued. Additionally, you should possess strong analytical skills, a strong sense of urgency and accountability, and the ability to synthesize data and simplify findings to solve client business issues.
