Marketing Specialist

ManpowerGroup, a leading provider of workforce solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team in San Marino. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services in the medical device industry.

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to create a competitive marketing strategy, including the development and implementation of marketing plans, promotional strategies, and budget management.
• Develop and implement innovative marketing initiatives, working closely with the marketing and communications agency to define communication strategies across social media and the company website.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, including brochures, technical documents, product catalogs, video content, and 3D animations.
• Coordinate and participate in company events, presentations, seminars, and conferences to promote the company's image and stay informed about market opportunities.
• Provide internal information to the company's departments, including the gare office, customer service, and warehouse.

• At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical industry.
• Excellent English language skills and good knowledge of information systems.
• Strong analytical skills, team working, autonomy, time management, reliability, and creativity.
• Knowledge of digital marketing mechanisms, including SEO, social media, and website management.
• Residence in the San Marino area or nearby.
• Availability for travel in Italy and abroad.

• Initial employment as a temporary employee for one year with good prospects for confirmation.
