Barilla G. & R. Fratelli seeks a skilled Tax Professional to oversee tax compliance processes for its legal entities. The ideal candidate will ensure timely submission of tax declarations and duties, stay up-to-date on changing fiscal regulations, and effectively manage relationships with local tax authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and compliant tax advice by providing interpretations to relevant group functions, analyzing trends, and proposing optimized fiscal management processes.
  • Guarantee effective execution of fiscal management processes for assigned legal entities, propose tax policies and procedures in line with Group guidelines, and monitor their correct implementation.
  • Support tax audits and litigations, help identify policy needs, and interact with Compliance Service Providers to ensure timely information exchange.
  • Collaborate with the Tax Senior Manager on overall tax responsibilities, including withholding taxes, transfer pricing compliance, tax risk management, and tax accounting.
  • Maintain tax compliance, engage with local tax authorities, and address any tax issues or risk areas within the area of responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in tax consulting or in-house roles
  • Strong analytical skills, financial analysis, data management, and Excel modeling abilities
  • Excellent relational skills, emotional intelligence, and leadership qualities
  • Fluency in Italian and English, spoken and written
