Job Summary:
Alstom is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel - Global Business Expert to provide senior legal support and expertise to our business units. The successful candidate will have a law degree in business law and at least 7 years of relevant experience in an international business environment or law firm.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts with customers, partners, and subcontractors.
- Support the business in all legal and contractual matters, including claim management and dispute settlement.
- Evaluate tender documents and provide contractual and legal advice.
- Proactively manage and instruct litigation, arbitration, or other dispute matters.
Requirements:
- Law degree in business law (Master II).
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in an international business environment or law firm.
- Familiar with international contracts and public tenders.
- Excellent English language skills.
