Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized fragrance consultations to customers
- Stay up-to-date on the latest fragrance trends and product knowledge
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers
- Contribute to the creation of an inspiring and engaging in-store experience
- Previous retail experience, preferably in the beauty industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is a plus
