We are seeking a talented Retail Director to lead our luxury ladieswear store in the heart of Caserta. As a renowned Italian tailoring house, we pride ourselves on crafting timeless, elegant clothing from the finest materials with exceptional attention to detail.
**Responsibilities:**
- Arrange commercial spaces according to headquarters' guidelines and manage products to meet sales targets.
- Build and foster trust-based relationships with customers, providing support and purchase guidance.
- Track sales data and achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets, proposing any necessary commercial initiatives.
- Monitor turnover and KPIs to gain a comprehensive view of the store's commercial performance.
**Requirements:***Minimum of 3 years of experience in an assistant manager role in premium fashion retail.*The ideal candidate will possess an excellent professional presence, strong teamwork and human resource management skills, outstanding customer service skills, and a results-driven mindset.*A passion for fashion, positive attitude, flexibility with scheduling, and a strong talent for assisted sales complete the profile.Strong proficiency in English language is required.
